A state-of-the-art, technically advanced, and field-proven fully automatic films for packaging individual products and multi-unit packs (multi-packs) with the highest quality, sales-promoting packaging.

The machine’s equipment includes an infeed conveyor for product feeding, a continuously heated, mechanically driven transverse sealing punch, and a state-of-the-art, continuously heated side sealing station for continuous sealing, as well as an outfeed conveyor. The fully automatic side sealing machine is controlled by a Siemens PLC; a Delta PLC is available as an option.

The machine operates continuously. To produce high-quality shrink packaging, it is generally possible to supplement the system with one of our aerodynamically optimized under-air shrink tunnels.

Thanks to its state-of-the-art, highly robust, and technically sophisticated design, the machine ensures high uptime, a smooth packaging process, and reliable operation.
