Profi Packer® SCV Hybrid Fully Automatic Side-Sealing Machine

The Profi Packer® SCV Pro Hybrid side-sealing machine is a state-of-the-art, technically advanced, and field-proven films designed to package individual products and multi-unit packs (assortments) with the highest quality, sales-promoting packaging.

The side-sealing machine is equipped with an infeed conveyor for product feeding, a continuously heated cross-sealing punch, a state-of-the-art, continuously heated side-sealing station for continuous sealing, and an outfeed conveyor. The fully automatic side-sealing machine is controlled by a Siemens PLC; a Delta PLC is available as an option.

The side-sealing machine operates in a cyclical manner. For the production of high-quality shrink packaging, it is generally possible to supplement the system with one of our aerodynamically optimized under-air shrink tunnels.

Thanks to its state-of-the-art, highly robust, and technically sophisticated design, the machine ensures high availability, a trouble-free packaging process, and reliable operation. A standout feature of this machine is the side sealer, which is positioned in front of the cross-sealing punch. This ensures a perfectly sealed side seam even with tall products.
