RecyUse X-PCR – Cross-linked film with PCR-recycled content
RecyUse X-PCR is a cross-linked, electron-beam-treated polyolefin shrink film that offers exceptional strength, outstanding shrink properties, and high transparency. It is highly transparent and glossy, very brilliant, mechanically robust, and provides excellent sealing and shrink properties. The film consists of a multilayer material and is 100% recyclable in the LDPE04 stream.
The X-PCR film is available in two PCR versions:
RecyUse X-PCR30 – approx. 30% PCR (post-consumer recycled material). Available in 12 µm. Ideal for lightweight packaging applications that require both higher strength and a certified recycled content.
RecyUse X-PCR50 – approx. 50% PCR (post-consumer recycled material). Available in 15, 19, 25, 30, and 37 µm. With a 50% PCR content and the benefits of cross-linking, it offers maximum strength and the highest PCR content for demanding packaging applications where appearance and shrink properties are key.
