State-of-the-art, high-performance, energy-efficient under-air shrink tunnels featuring a newly designed hot-air circulation system with superior airflow. In addition to their attractive design, these machines boast excellent engineering, first-class insulation using high-quality insulation materials, and a control panel that provides access to all functions.

This state-of-the-art complete system includes: infinitely variable conveyor speed, precise temperature control via a high-quality electronic thermostat, infinitely variable fan speed control, adjustable air deflectors, and a run-down function for cooling the tunnel bars. The conveyor widths range from 400 mm to 1500 mm.

In the standard configuration, the shrink tunnel are equipped shrink tunnel a chain-link conveyor featuring highly durable conveyor links with a low-wear PTFE coating (silicone coating available as an option). Depending on the type of film, rotating or non-rotating conveyor bars can be used as needed. If required by the products to be shrunk, a plastic link belt or a textile mesh belt can also be used.

These shrink tunnel technically advanced, field-proven, and equipped with top-quality components. They operate reliably at all times and deliver perfect shrink results thanks to their built-in, high-quality under-air technology. Depending on the specific requirements, they can be equipped with high-performance single or dual blowers; double tunnels for long parts are also available.

For passage widths up to 1000 mm, the shrink tunnel are equipped with rollers and height-adjustable spindle adjustments with disc feet; for widths of 1200 mm and 1500 mm, only height-adjustable spindle adjustments with disc feet are available.
