State-of-the-art, technically sophisticated, and field-proven fully automatic “ films ” packaging machines for packaging individual products and multi-unit packages (collective packaging) with optimal, sales-promoting packaging quality. The machine configuration includes an infeed conveyor for product feeding, a continuously heated cross-sealing die, and a state-of-the-art, continuously heated side-sealing station for continuous sealing, as well as an outfeed conveyor.

The fully automatic film sealing machine is controlled by a Siemens PLC; a Delta PLC is available as an option. The machine operates in a cyclic manner.

To produce high-quality shrink packaging, it is generally possible to supplement the system with one of our under-air shrink tunnels, which feature state-of-the-art airflow technology.

A compact, fully automatic packaging machine ( films), equipped with state-of-the-art side-sealing technology in a space-saving design, offering excellent value for money. The machine’s configuration includes a conveyor belt for product feeding, a continuously heated cross-sealing stamp, a state-of-the-art, continuously heated side-sealing station for continuous sealing, and an integrated shrink tunnel. The fully automatic side-sealing machine is controlled via a Delta PLC.

The machine operates intermittently.This system features a state-of-the-art design and a robust, durable construction, ensuring high availability, a trouble-free packaging process, and reliable operation.
