Fine shrink film as half-tubular film
Fine shrink film as half-tubular film (polyolefin) is well suited for various packaging machines and is one of the most popular films for automated packaging in industry and trade. A semi-tubular film is open on one side, here the product can be quickly and easily inserted into the film and packaged.
Depending on the packaging machine and the product, it is possible to individually adapt which wrapping direction is used for the packaging. Semi-tubular film can be processed equally well with side sealers and angle sealers. Semi-tubular films are very well suited for packaging as collective packaging for bundling multi-piece units or for individual items. Semi-tubular shrink film is often the film of choice for packaging food and non-food items.

BF-Ultimate+ – the all-round film in a class of its own
With shrinkage values of up to 88 percent, Beauty Film’s BF-Ultimate+ is an all-round film in a class of its own and is of course also available as a semi-tubular film.
The highly transparent and high-gloss BF-Ultimate+ is 5-ply, cross-linked and electronically cross-linked. The high-tech film has an extremely high sealing seam strength and the best processing properties on many packaging machines. In addition to its shrink value of up to 88%, it convinces with the highest transparency and brilliance.
The fine shrink film BF-Ultimate+ is 100% food-safe and is just as suitable for food packaging as it is for packaging non-food products and in the pharmaceutical and electronics sectors. The fine shrink film is 100% recyclable in the LDPE04 cycle.

Regarding the roll lengths, we adapt them to the lengths according to your packaging machines on request, thus avoiding unnecessary material consumption.
Many additional designs and coatings for your needs
Perforated and hot-needled. Depending on your requirements, you can get the BF-Ultimate+ hot-needled as perforation type P1 (small) or P2 (large).
ESD equipment for antistatic products such as electronic components and printed circuit boards is also possible, as is equipment for food packaging. You can obtain the fine shrink film as a half tube or flat film printed with up to 10 colours in gravure or unprinted on request.
With a film core of 76mm or 152mm, all options are open to you for use on your packaging machines. With our very flexible film conversion, we are also there for you with short-term delivery requirements.
