We delight our customers with a unique combination of a comprehensive range of products and services related to films packaging. We are the exclusive partner of the world’s leading manufacturer of polyolefin fine shrink films. Thanks to our in-house cutting and converting center and our own packaging machine production, we can offer our customers complete solutions.
To expand our team of qualified professionals, we are currently seeking a qualified employee (m/f/d) for our internal sales department.

We are looking for employees for the following locations
Dettingen an der Erms (Germany)
Your responsibilities
Support for our field sales team in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, and France.
Complaint Handling
Customer service by phone
Requesting quotes from freight forwarders
End-to-end order processing
Delivery date tracking and notification to the customer in case of delays
Implementation of marketing initiatives
Reliable handling of all tasks that arise within the team

What you need to bring:
Work experience in internal sales
Completed education
Excellent written and spoken German
English language skills required
Knowledge of French and/or Italian is a plus
Computer skills (MS Office)
Technical understanding
