In addition to adjusting the film width, we are also happy to provide film rolls of the appropriate length. A film length tailored to the specific packaging machine allows for resource-efficient use, saving both time and money.
Additional Features Through Assembly
In addition to precise cutting to size, film fabrication offers the ability to integrate additional properties into the films to enhance their functionality and meet the specific requirements of the applications:
- Perforation (micro- and macro-perforation): films can be provided with micro- or macro-perforations, which allow for controlled ventilation of the product. This is particularly important for food packaging, as the resulting air circulation keeps the product fresh longer and ensures it retains its desired qualities.
- Hot-needle perforation: In hot-needle perforation, small holes are punched into the film. This technique is also commonly used in the food industry and is frequently applied, for example, to sausages, baked goods, and many other food products, as well as to industrial products.

The convenient roll format makes these products easy to transport and store. Our films are available in two different roll diameters—76 mm and 152 mm—to suit your processing needs. Thanks to our large film inventory, we can also accommodate express deliveries.
