Energy-efficient shrink tunnel for optimal packaging with fine-shrink film
Ourenergy-efficient, high-performance SCT U Series shrink tunnelsare available in various models and deliver optimal results thanks to optimized hot-air circulation. When packaging with fine shrink film, the products are shrunk during the packaging process so that the film forms a tight, protective layer around the product.
Our high-performanceshrink tunnel feature outstanding technical specifications, first-class insulation made from high-quality insulating material, and an optimized control panel that covers all functions.
A complete set includes the following, depending on your needs:
- Continuously adjustable throughput speed
- Precise temperature control via a high-quality electronic thermostat; continuously adjustable fan speed

- Cooling-off function for the tunnel rods
- The passage widths range from 400 mm to 1,500 mm.
In the standard configuration, the shrink tunnel are equipped with a chain-bar conveyor featuring very sturdy conveyor bars with a low-wear PTFE coating. A silicone coating is also available as an option.
Depending on the type of film selected, rotating or non-rotating conveyor bars can be used as needed. If required by the products to be shrink-wrapped, a plastic link belt or a textile mesh belt can also be used.
